This is the final section of the Unknown Caller mission and it’s another astral plane challenge where you need to deal with a bunch of extradimensional entities. There’s a note on the screen that says the Hotline allows you to contact them, but it doesn’t really explain what you’re meant to do. You can attack them, but they recover pretty quickly, however, you can see the quickest way through in the video along with the route to speak with Emily for the next cutscene.

The last thing to do in the Unknown Caller mission is to traverse the Oceanview Motel. When you first get there it looks like there’s nothing that you can do, but as with the previous puzzle it’s all about the light switch. However, as before it’s not massively obvious what you need to do, because when you pull it nothing happens. However, you can follow along with the video to see exactly what you need to do to complete the traversal.
