Breaking news! Joe is being adopted by a wonderful family. We sure will miss this big handsome guy.

Joe, a 14 year old gelding, was brought to SRER by the Sheriff’s Department after he was seized in an animal cruelty case.  In additon to being very underweight, he had several abrasions that required treatment and was infested with parasites.  He is a very sweet boy who leads, loads, stands tied.  He also shows good manners with the farrier.
